Despite some rain and last minute adjustments by Mallory and her team at Moores Mill Club, the ceremony and reception for Alison and Travis Creel was a beautiful affair and memorable start to a new life together!

Tim Chambliss provided premium sound and wireless microphone configurations for the ceremony. Brides and parents planning outdoor or indoor wedding ceremonies (but especially outdoor events) should remember that at a minimum, the preacher or officiant for the ceremony should be mic'd with a good quality wireless lapel mic so that every guest can hear the special messages, prayers and scripture given during the ceremony. It's important to plan ahead for sound reinforcement and have a qualified technician on hand for set, testing and management during the event. 

As always, Kidd Blue provided a clean crisp stage set up so as not to interfere with the bride's design and theme inside of the reception. Over-bearing stage set-ups can clash with the look and feel of the reception design, so be cautious when hiring your wedding reception band.

Blustery skies and a little bit of drizzle didn't keep the Auburn faithful away. A crowd of 70,645 (AU's second largest A-Day gathering in history) braved the elements and still had an AUsome time.

Kidd Blue, The Band That Rocked The Final Roll, was on hand to entertain the large gathering at the green just outside of the stadium. We enjoyed seeing lots of friends and family who stopped by to sing along and say "hi."

If you missed Kidd Blue at Callaway Gardens for New Year's Eve you missed some great food, music and fun! The ballroom was decorated beautifully, with added lighting and drape - new for the 2013 celebration.

The band performed an excellent repertoire of classic jazz standards throughout dinner. Some guests could not wait until dinner was over to begin the dancing.

Once dinner was over, guests crowded the dance floor and never looked back into 2012. The band played an excellent mix of old soul, R&B, rock and 80s music that kept the floor full all night.  There was an excellent mix of slow music, dance favorites and "Auld Lang Syne" at midnight as everyone enjoyed a champagne toast.
