Naturally, you want to know how much it will cost, so it is very helpful if you include the following information:

- Date of your event
- Start and finish time
- Location of the event (include the venue)
- Indoors or out
- Number of guests you're expecting
- Special set-up requirements (ie; the wedding ceremony is in the same place as the reception so you guys will have to  be set up by 3pm but start playing at 6pm)
